About us

Goole Training has been a LANTRA training provider since November 1988. Originally run by Jean Oldridge, she was proud to be joined by her son Adam in 2017, and he took over day-to-day running of the business in 2021 as Jean retired.

In the past 37 years we have expanded our operations to cover the whole of Yorkshire, Lincolnshire, Nottinghamshire and beyond (we can offer training throughout the country due to our network of instructors). We have also increased and adapted our training course offering and now deliver training to Agriculture, Horticulture, Forestry, Amenity and land-based businesses, and to sectors such as local authority, transport and manufacturing, all of varying sizes.

Our aim is to always provide competitively priced, value-for-money training, whilst never compromising on quality: we want all of our customers to enjoy the training and feel the benefit from it. We also adapt training to suit our customers’ needs, including being able to operate courses at our premises, or customers’ locations with their machinery/equipment to allow them get the most benefit from the training. We offer private/in-house courses for larger customers as well as a regular programme of public/mixed group courses to make sure we provide a service that works for everyone.
