November 2022 - Autumn/Winter Programme

It’s been great to hear from some of our farming clients over the past few weeks as they’ve managed to complete working up the land and have started thinking about their teams training requirements for Winter.

We are still working to on the programme and adding new dates into January/February (we have recently added the first of our usual annual NRoSO Roadshow dates (on Wednesday 7 December in Hatfield) with more to be added if you would like to book on any of our courses please get in touch.

We’re also looking to operate an ATV (Quad Bike) course in Goole on Monday 5 December and have a PA1 course booked in for Monday 12 December in Hatfield with PA2/PA6 courses being planned for January/February – if you would like to attend this or any of our courses, or have any other training needs please get in touch.

9 September 2021 - Autumn Programme

We wanted to give you an update on our courses - with the releasing of all Covid-19 restrictions back in July, and the availability of hospitality venues this brought, we are now able to reintroduce a programme of public course dates for the first time since February last year.

We are still working to on the programme and adding new dates as we can (including NRoSO Roadshow which we understand is going to revert to a classroom format this year), but we are experiencing high demand and there are less dates available than there would normally be so if you would like to book on any of our courses please get in touch.

To reduce risk we are using large venues with plenty of space and ventilation, continuing to maintain distancing and asking all customers to wear masks unless exempt as case numbers remain relatively high – we appreciate your understanding.

You can view the programme on the "Upcoming Course Dates" tab or by clicking here

We’re also looking to operate PA4S/G and ATV (Quad Bike) training in the coming weeks – if you would like to attend one of these courses, or have any other training needs please get in touch.

27 May 2021 - Upcoming Courses

Public courses recommence!

With the next stage of lockdown restrictions having been eased in May we are now able to operate public/mixed group courses in our usual hospitality venues. We didn't waste any time and the first one took place on Friday 21 May at our usual venue near Doncaster which is big enough to allow plenty of space for social distancing, and after the success of the day we have now arranged further dates:

Monday 14 June – Qualsafe Emergency First Aid At Work (inc. AED) – 1 Day Course
Hatfield, Doncaster
£95+VAT per person
Including booklet and hot lunch.

Wednesday 16 June - PA1 – Safe Use Of Pesticides
Hatfield, Doncaster
£95+VAT (Plus test fee of £95+VAT) – Total £190+VAT
One days training with included multiple choice paper test.

Wednesday 30 June - PA6 – Hand Held Applicator
Whitley, near Goole
£95+VAT (Plus test fee of £135+VAT) – Total £230+VAT
One days training followed by a 1 to 1 assessment at your premises with your equipment, arranged after training completed.

If you would like book a place on any of these courses, or if you have any other training requirements please get in touch - at the moment we are not intending to reintroduce our normal programme until the Autumn and are currently arranging groups of training based on requests as they come in to us.

2 March 2021 - Training Update

We're currently offering inhouse and small group courses

We're still offering courses, albeit a reduced offering due to the ongoing lockdown measures. At the moment we are limiting mixed groups and group sizes and where possible trying to keep all courses as inhouse ones to avoid the risk of Covid 19 transmission.

With recent announcements regarding the roadmap out of lockdown we are hopeful that we will be able to return to a more normal training offering from May/June, but we will update you on our plans as the restrictions are lifted.

If you require any training, please let us know - we are now starting to book dates for May/June!

11 December 2020 - Still Providing Training & A New Freephone Number

Courses – currently booking for January onwards!

We’re still able to, and are continuing to operate courses, but some are being impacted by the closure of hospitality venues (especially in areas we cover that fall into Tier 3 where such venues have been forcibly closed), which means in some cases we are only able to operate certain courses on an in-house basis at customers own premises. For courses that are outdoor, or usually take place at customers premises because of space or equipment requirements there is less of an impact.

Because of the above changes we are working a little differently and are not publishing a programme of dates at the moment. We would ask all customers get in touch to let us know their training requirements so we can work to arrange training within the restrictions we are all currently facing.

New Phone Number – 0800 999 1288

We’ve also been working on the setup of a new free phone number so it’s now free to call us from landlines and mobiles – we’d really appreciate it if you would take a moment to update it in your contacts (but don’t worry, the previous 01405 704271 number is still in operation and goes through to Jean directly).
